My friend Jenny is really, really good at throwing together a home work out (me, not so much). She finds a lot of inspiration on Instagram and often tags me in the good (or funny) stuff. The thing you have to know about Jenny is that she does A LOT. And she still works out. She’s a full time mommy, wife, and professional. She’s basically supermom. So cheers to you Jenny! I truly find inspiration in the way you do it all.

It’s a good place to find inspiration for your next workout, and while it doesn’t replace actually having a trainer, it can help you mix up a routine and try something new.
