The best year of my life so far has come to an end. 2014 was so, so, so big for us and it ended just as good as it started. I couldn’t ask for anything more.
I’m excited about the new year because it brings new goals and a new mindset #newyearnewyou right?
I spent the holidays in Michigan and it was nice to disconnect for a while. I didn’t plan to not blog through the end of the year, but it just kind of worked out that way and I think that’s okay. I spend lots of time with family, including Matt’s 100 year old grandmother (can you believe it, 100 Christmases!). We watched movies, drank drinks, celebrated birthdays, ate lots of delicious food and really just relaxed. It was nice to get away.
I have lots of ideas of fun things to share in the coming weeks, but as we know life gets in the way far to often. So for now, I leave you with promises of good things to come and well wishes for a happy and healthy New Year!
Did you set any goals for the New Year? Are you a “resolutions” person?
Cheers!
Happy New Year! Sometimes it is just nice to unplug and get away from everything- spending time with friends and family always takes priority in my opinion! Cheers to 2015, hope it treats you as good as 2014 did!
Definitely! I want to make it a goal to unplug for 1 day each week. I think it would do me good :)
