No Bake Peanut Butter Oat Bars

Serves: 8 Bars
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup raw honey
  • ½ cup organic peanut butter
  • ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  1. Combine the ingredients in a bowl and flatten the mixture into a shallow baking dish.
  2. Allow the mixture to cool in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  3. Use a butter knife to cut into 8 bars.
  4. Store in refrigerator.
