Blackberry Birthday Smoothie
  • 3oz fresh blackberries
  • 8oz vanilla almond, coconut or soy milk
  • ⅓ cup frozen pineapple
  • 3 dates
  • Toppings: coconut, sprinkles and fresh fruit
  1. Combine all of the ingredients, except your toppings, in a high power blender.
  2. Transfer to a bowl or glass, add toppings, and enjoy with a spoon!
